Lets hope that it's just aproblem with the STOCK tappet plates. Keep us posted on how your P90s with aftermarket tappet plates hold up. Would love to see the pics... do post them here when they're ready.

Sir Sandman,
It appears that it's a problem of stock Tappet Plates...I've put on a Guarder into on of my units and Angel Tappet Plates into the remaining two. Am scheduled to get my guns tonight...I'll take pics of my broken Tappet Plates later.
I was thinking it may be due to wear and tear...considering that these guns are prbably 2,3, or 4 years old and was not being used that much.
I'll keep you posted.
P90 Rocks!

Sirs, Here's a picture of my broken Tappet Plates...as you can see, the breakpoint are common to all. The thing noticeable are the gear marks of the Left most and Middle Tappet Plates. Can anyone help me do an FA (Failure Analysis) on this. Was there something that I could have done to avoid the breakage? I would put the cause of failure due to wear and tear as the main reason. If you have other views, please be open to share them. Thanks, BroSarge

Sir,
What is the Digital Switch for?...Did you remove/modify the switch wiring? The contacts for the single firing is located internally inside our gun's switch assembly....when you further press...this will cause the single switch to be released and the switch which you can visually see on the lower portion of the sw assy starts working. I am not sure how the Digital Sw assy looks like...would this be a mosfet assy?

Yes, this is the mosfet assembly. Well its not a problem anymore. Me and my friend managed to fix it yesterday... Very tricky in installing this... A lot of trial and error before we could install... But its worth it... We were test firing the AEG without the mosfet and we could see sparks coming from the contact plate... After installation, not a spark in site... perfect for lipoly users!

Sir BaJboL, I don't speak Cebuano but I think I understand your question. I have metal bushings for sale...Systema, brandnew. I also have some parts exclusive for ver 6. Please see my other thread. Please PM me if you want to know the prices. As for the Spring Guide, ver 06 gearboxes use Ver 2 Spring Guide. BroSarge

Got a question - how come my AK tight barrel is spraying with my stock P90?? Is it because of the unmatched cylinder? Sorry if it may sound noobish, well yeah, not a techie kind of guy.
