Mga sir. mahilig din pala kayo sa mga Dan Brown novels eh. Although if you have already seen the movie and also read the book, i must say, medyo madismaya ka sa movie. sabagay mas detailed nga naman ang book. Isa sa mga hindi nabanggit dun sa movie was the mysterious hand with the knife sa last supper. However, if you're really a big fan of vatican conspiracies, then you better grab yourselves this novel of Umberto Eco... entitled: The Name of the Rose. That was the original novel which tackles the real divinity of Christ way way back Dan Brown created such novels. And by the way.... May movie ito starring Sean Connery during the 80's and was followed by the book-inspired story by Francis Ford Copolla's: The Last Temptation of Christ which stars Wilhem Defoe (Green Goblin of Spiderman). Unfortunately those two movies were banned. pero you can have this titles sa Mantex DVD copy pa ^_^ just for curiousity. Meron nga ako eh. another intriguing issue also about the "dark side of catholicism" as what sir bunny called it was the Gospel of Judas. Bago lang ito nafe-feature sa Discovery... Kakatakot revelations dun... geez geezz lakas tama talaga tong si Dan Brown. * i give it 3 out of 5

Ako rin sir.. pahingi din ng PDF copies... tnx... stansuarez [at] oneairsoftdavao [dot] org
For additional reading pleasure along these lines- try HOLY BLOOD, HOLY GRAIL. It's the non-fiction book that Dan Brown based his novels on. He even had a legal quarrel with the authors due to charges of "plagiarism".
Hehehhe... back fire plano niya.

DID YOU KNOW: in the early roman catholic church that there were many known saints but it was discovered that more than half of them never even existed, including the heavenly or saintly voices heard by Joan of Arc
That in the early roman catholic church most of the Popes who were elected were womanizers, corrupt, child molesters, and even GAY often having orgies in the “heavenly sanctuary”, Bishops buy their position and if you’re a relative of the archbishop automatically you become a bihop, and a priest can be as young as 13 years old. Most of those mentioned are so corrupt that after they died the "church treasury" did not have money to give them a decent burial and that countless other Popes were toppled down by the people due to severe corruption question why does the church not explain that and apologize for it?
That the Pope can never go wrong in any of his decisions? and that not even the succeeding Pope can question his predecessor?
That Peter was not the 1st Pope....HOW? Peter did not even claim himself to be the 1st Pope, though he was one of the great teachers of early christianity.
And last but not the least the great legends of Holy Relics did you knwo that there were relics for everything? from Angel Gabriels feathers to Mary's panties........
THOSE WHO GAIN POWER ARE AFRAID TO LOOSE THEM EVEN THE PRIESTS AND HOLY PEOPLE.

Geezz, marami ngang legendary relics. pero ang pinaka astig daw yung "longinus spear". the one item used by a roman soldier to stab Jesus during his last moment on Earth which eventually claimed the life of Our Lord. It was said that it's last owner was a man named "Adolf Hitler" which gave him the power of persuasion (the golden tongue leader). Imagine that!

Another recommended book- IN GOD's NAME by David Yallop. An investigation on the "murder" of Pope John Paul-I and the circumstances around it. Even if the conspiracy theory of his "murder" cannot be proven- the circumstances around the vatican at that time are very very shady.
This wasn't during the dark ages or during the Spanish inquisition- this was only during the SEVENTIES!
