Singit na project: QUICK RELEASE STEYR AUG GBOX.
a'la Tokyo Marui!
How to:
1. Remove the gbox mouting "posts" inside the AUG receiver. 2. Reinforce the g-box rear mounting plate screw mounts with epoxy(lots of it) 3. Add foam padding inside the receiver. Particularly to the parts where the gbox locks up against the receiver and rear motor plate. How much-depends on the fit of your gearbox inside your AUG. 4. Remove a little plastic from the lower part of the rear opening of the receiver- It's to the LEFT of my thumb in the 2nd pic. You'll see where when you try to remove the gbox.
(will try to add more pics later)
Note: -if double feeds and misfeeds happen- improve your padding-the gbox should be firmly mounted inside... -loosen the lower two screws at the bottom-rear of the rear stock during installation and removal of the gearbox. -watch out for the sliding ejection plate cover- make sure you match-up their rails with the gbox when you insert the gearbox

WELL M15A4-CQB custom This used to be a box-stock WELL R6(M4A1). Now, it sports Systema metal bushings, CA stock spring guide, Guarder Hop-up bucking, X120 spring, ported piston head and a bnew new marui o-ring. Install a functional CRANE STOCK so that the batteries can be moved to the rear stock(with major re-wiring of course). Making way for the installation of an RIS system on the foregrip. Rail covers by TM and Vertical foregrip by WELL . Finally, cut the outer barrel short in order to get the correct "CQB Look". Pwede rin sana gawin DEVGRU-cut yung rear sight/carry handle pero sayang kasi yung mount for the Baizhong Red Dot sight. Batteries are still the stock 8.4v 1050mAH NiMH batts that came with the unit. I just reconfigured them for the cranestock. The cranestock can easily accomodate 6x 1500mAH short-A size SANYO batts on the side tubes(7.2v) plus one or two batts on the center tube for 8.4 or 9.6v respectively(but the telescoping ability of the stock will be compromised with the addition of batts to the center cavity). Besides, for an X120 spring- 7.2v of 1500mah SANYO batts will be more than enough. Actualy, I'd rather just add more mini-batts to the stock batt pack and bring it up to 9.6v (or even 12vs kung M120 spring na ang gagamitin). It's a more cost-effective solution kasi. Our inspiration for the project... Less than half the price - for the same performance(stock pa kasi yung CA M15A4 CQB sa pic eh).

BTW- Anybody wanna try this project with their AUG?
