This is ridiculous!

The DCPO FED don't follow the right procedure when and how to get PTT.
They want to have first submit a written letter requesting for PTT within only a short duration of time, not the PTT that lapse annually.

IX. TRANSPORT OF AIRSOFT RIFLE/ PISTOL

A permit to Tranpsort (PTT) airsoft rifle/ pistol shall be required for the transport of all airsoft rifles/ pistols from the place of residence to any game or exhibition site. Application for a permit to transport airsoft rifle/ pistol shall be filed at the FED-CSG for metro manila applicants and their respective municipal, city, provincial police offices or at FESAGS.

The permit to transort airsoft shall cover a maximum of five (5) airsoft units, whether rifles, pistols or a combination of both. The permit shall be valid nationwide for a period of one year except in areas where there is prevalence of crime and lawlessness.

While in transit, all airsoft rifles/ pistols shall be placed in secured bags or cases.

maybe the PNP considers Davao City as a HIGH RISK AREA where there is prevalence of crime & lawlessness ... baka nasama kayo sa exception ... akala ko ba peaceful dyan ;D

Di na nga kailangan ng PTT sabi ng DCPO FED unless lalabas ka sa Davao sir rhomer

^^I apologized kulang explanation sa unang post ko.
May binili akong baril sa manila, naregister ko na dito without PTT.
Para mapadala dito sa Davao, of course kilangan ng PTT.
So dito na part kukuha ka na din ng PTT,
Nandito na ang hassle....
The requirement is Letter of Request, then duration is not 1 year.
Kung sabihin mo na sa manila ang unit, ang sagot "sa manila ka din kukuha ng PTT".
Meaning ang old law yata or Real steel yata nakabase ang procedure ng DCPO FED.

Sabihin nyo lang na OLD or matagal mo nang nabili ang AEG mo.

so sir jo.....given na diri ka nag palit ug baril sa davao will u still get a PTT? as u said DCPO FED said nga dili na kinahanglan mag PTT kung davao ra ka mag tuyok2x.....so upon application mag compulsory gihapon ang PTT?

unlike CA...like TM walay SN
so you have to create a SN then follow the IRR na 3letters followed by 6numbers

then sa AK nako...
