Refusal or failure to sign this will disqualify you from competing and your payment shall likewise be automatically forfeited in favor of the Magahat Team Airsoft Valencia.
READ BEFORE FILLING UP AND SUBMITTING THE REGISTRATION FORM: THIS FORM MUST BE READ AND BE SUBMITTED & SIGNED ON THE REGISTRATION DAY BEFORE THE PARTICIPANT IS ALLOWED TO TAKE PART IN ANY AIRSOFT EVENT.
In consideration of being permitted to participate in any way in the sport and activities of airsoft under the auspices of MAGAHAT TEAM AIRSOFT VALENCIA (www.magahat.realbb.net) I acknowledge, appreciate, and agree as follows:
1. I certify that I am of legal age.
2. Significant risks and dangers exist in my use of airsoft equipment and my participation in airsoft activities.
3. My participation in such activities and/ or use of such equipment may result in my injury or illness including but not limited to bodily injury, disease strains, fractures, partial and/or total paralysis, eye injury, blindness, heat stroke, heart attack, death or other ailments that could cause serious disability.
4. These risks and dangers may be caused by the negligence of MAGAHAT TEAM AIRSOFT VALENCIA, and its agents, officers and employees, the owners and lessors of the premises used to conduct the airsoft activities, their officers, officials, agents, and/or employees (hereafter referred to as "RELEASEES") the negligence of the participants, the negligence of others, accidents, breaches of contract, the forces of nature or other causes. These risks and dangers may arise from foreseeable or unforeseeable causes.
5. By my participation in these activities and/or use of equipment, I hereby assume all risks and dangers and all responsibility for any losses and/or damages, whether caused in whole or in part by the negligence or other conduct of the RELEASEES, or by any other person.
6. I further certify that I am in good health and have no physical or other impediment which would endanger me while participating in the activity.
7. I, on behalf of myself, my personal representatives, assigns, next of kin, and my heirs, hereby voluntarily agree to release, waive, discharge, save, hold harmless, defend and indemnify the RELEASEES from any and all claims, actions or losses for bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, loss of services or otherwise which may arise out of my use of airsoft equipment or my participation in airsoft activities. I specifically understand that I am releasing, discharging and waiving any claims or actions that I may have presently or in the future for the negligent acts or other conduct by the RELEASEES.
8. I am willing to submit to the authority of the tournament Marshals and respect and abide by their decision.
I understand and agree that this Waiver and Release of Liability cover each and every airsoft activity and event under the auspices of the RELEASEES in which I participate hereafter. I HAVE READ THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.

Rules and Regulations
1. Safety First
o No signed waiver, no play
o No Real Firearms or deadly weapon/s within the whole venue
o No players are allowed to play or enter our game site if under the influence of Drugs or Alcohol
o No goggles, no play: No adequate eye protection that can withstand 600 FPS, no play
o No firecrackers, smoke bombs, flash bangs and anything that will cause fire
o No improvised weapon or converted airgun to airsoft
o No sharp objects or anything that can cut/wound including the one in your airsoft like protruding inner barrels or sharp flash hider.
o Muzzle Velocity: 450/fps using 6mmBBs @0.20g (1.88 joules of energy
o BBs specification: Unmodified white 6mm and maximum weight of .25g only
o Never take off your eye/ face protection within the game zone even when if the game is over
o Must be at least 18 years of age
o Standard Safety Gun Rules
1. Consider every gun loaded
2. Never point the gun to anybody/ anything you do not intend to shoot
3. Keep your finger off the trigger until you fire
4. Be sure of your target and what is around it
5. Be courteous
2. One-hit Elimination
o Direct line to body
o Penetrating shot
o Friendly Fire
o Knife kill
o Ask to surrender within 5 meters only if the opponent accepts the gesture
o No Ricochet
3. No Hit Call
o Shooter cannot call opponent out
o Hit players to acknowledge by SHOUTING "HIT!"
o Hit players are to raise an arm, straight up, otherwise they're still considered to be active and a threat
4. No hostages
o No hiding behind non-combatants
o No mixing with non-combatants
o No engaging in proximity of delicate or valuable property
5. No holding or grappling
o No rough physical contact between players
o No holding on to opponent or opponent's gun
6. Avoid Inflicting Unnecessary Pain
o Avoid point-blank shooting, ask for surrender
o Avoid blind-fire
o Immediately stop shooting players signifying hit
7. Dead men tell no tales
o No coaching from any non-combatants (umpires, eliminated players, spectators, bystanders, etc)
o No radios, cellphones or other electronic communications allowed within the game zone
8. No time out
o Player must overcome equipment malfunction or temporary difficulty without calling "time out", otherwise player must eliminate him/ herself from the game.
9. Umpire's decision is final
o Umpire will only call hits to any operator within approximately 20 meters or so
o Umpire will only call hits that he/she sees
10. Observe proper decorum at all times
o No fist fight, vulgar quarrel, thrash talk, rude and provocative remarks/gestures
11. Dress appropriately
o Nobody is allowed to wear full BDUs (Battle Dress Uniforms) before reaching the Game Site
o BDUs of all MEMBERS of the team should be the same
o No open footware. Tactical boots is advisable
o No excessive paddings
o No short pants
o No white BDUs (Upper and Lower)
12. No Team Swapping:
o Operators from other teams cannot join the other team to fill-in.
13. Spectators will be allowed only up to the designated spectator’s area
o This includes private bodyguards, escorts, relatives etc.
MERITS & DEMERITS
Merits:
o In the absence, tardiness or suspension of any team for their scheduled game, the present team may and must proceed and accomplish the mission to gain merits.
1 point for every mission accomplished
Demerits: Yellow Card
1 Yellow card (double yellow card maybe awarded to persistent player/s)
Penalty:
1 team’s accumulated yellow cards will be minus 2 operators for the team for the next game minus 0.5 points of the team’s total score.
Grounds:
o Removal of adequate eye-protection ( mask/goggles) within the game zone
o Not admitting hit. Don’t wait for the umpire to call you out to avoid demerit.
o Blind firing
o Disrespecting the umpire or umpire’s decision
o Test firing outside the designated area
o Over killing (shooting more than 1 second within 3 meters, 2 seconds within 6 meters)
o Loaded (magazine in) airsoft gun outside the game zone
o Coaching
o No ID
o Badmouthing or taunting anybody at any given time.
o Accidentally shooting an umpire (or any MAGAHAT staff)
Demerits: Red card
Penalty:
o Expulsion from the on-going game and minus 5 operators for the team’s next game minus 2 points from the team’s total score.
o Grounds:
o Insulting the capacity of the organizer
o Exceeds muzzle Velocity limit is 450/fps using, 6mmBBs@0.20g(1.88 joules of energy)
o Picking a fight with anybody
o Deliberately shooting an umpire ( or any MAGAHAT staff)
Demerits: Black Cards
Penalty:
o Expulsion from the whole event (no refund)
Grounds:
o Fighting using anything aside from BB’s (e.g, first-fight, rocks, firearm, etc.)
o Free-for-all fight
o Bringing or discharging of firearm/s
o Insulting the capacity of the organizer
o If majority of your team walks-out in any of the activity ( game or awarding)
I.THE STAFF OF MAGAHAT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REVISE THE RULES & MECHANICS OF THE GAME THAT MAY HAVE LOOPHOLES OR GRAY AREAS.
II. SAFETY OF THE PARTICIPANTS IS OF PARAMOUNT IMPORTANCE; THEREFORE EACH PARTICIPANT SHALL SEE TO IT THAT ALL SAFETY MEASURES ARE OBSERVED.
III.THE ORGANIZERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ADMITTANCE TO ANY PERSON FOUND UNFIT TO UNDERGO THE SAID EVENT. PARTICIPATION IN THIS EVENT IS VOLUNTARY AND MAGAHAT TEAM AIRSOFT VALENCIA CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY UNTOWARD ACCIDENT THAT MAY HAPPEN BEYOND THE REASONABLE BOUNDARIES OF SAFETY SET FORTH BY THE ORGANIZERS.
V. UNSPORTSMANLIKE CONDUCT IS HIGHLY DISCOURAGED. AIRSOFT IS A GENTLEMAN’S GAME AND WE INTEND TO MAINTAIN IT AS SUCH.
NOTE:
TEAM LEADERS: Please brief your team MEMBERS properly to avoid unnecessary complaints.
Only the RULES & REGULATIONS HEAD, CHIEF MARSHAL, SCORING HEAD & the MARSHAL involved will be the deciding authority to resolve a major issue or a major conflict. Final decision will be irrevocable.
Please print the waivers, rules and regulations, merit and demerits, make sure every single playing operators has signed the waiver for we will be collecting this prior to the game. Thanks
