Hi sir
I was just thinking..
would be a good idea to have a standard protocol of RECITING / RE-DECLARING the rules every game day.. kasi i've noticed na rulings are becoming such a "norm" that people feel no need to re-state them..
but i think it's a good idea to declare the rules every game para MAGKAKLARUHAN and .. just for the sake of SOP.
not all rules ofcourse the basic and very important ones such as:
1) Head shots - avoid when possible
2) minimum distance shot/knife kill
3) Gun hits and ricochets
4) No firing of weapons during game play (causes confusion)
5) Friendly Fire
etc etc..
i know we veterans know the rules, but it doesnt hurt to get reminded every time we play. also for the newbies, or the visiting teams, at least they'll know our rules
kasi pansin ko, pag dating ng peoplez, chit chat, gear up, lock and load..war agad.. singit lng natin official reminders ng rules sana.
was just thinking out loud.

Alam mo Teaj, late man ang reply na ito, late talaga. Joking aside. Tama ka naman brod. Anyways, the way i see it, whatever we intend to keep (old code, traditions, discipline), somebody should take up the slack and lead by example. If you catch my drift, we are all leaders in our own right. WALANG MANGYAYARI SA LAHAT NG GUSTO NATIN FOR THE TEAM AND FOR THE SPORT KUNG WALANG MAG-I-INITIATE. Case in point: patch, BDU, gamesite facelift, etc. Kaya nga if you try to notice guys, pumasok na ako sa picture; recently, si CD rose up to the occasion na rin. Other visible figures include Mykxz, Teaj, etc. Galaw tayo mga tsong! Baka magising na lang tayo one day na nasa kangkungan na team natin. Ni scheduling of games and joining/organizing tournament teams gayagaw pirmi. Isa lang talaga suggestion ko for all of these: planning and implementation ASAP. At this point, let's all be reactive!

100% agree. we must:
1) CONTINUE TO PLAN to make things better
2) TAKE ACTIONS on FINALIZED PLANS.. coz plans are worthless if we dont take actions...obviously
With that said, sir stryker, at least we have started to take actions... we take the time to meet.. we all show intentions on moving forward with actions..
as for me, i know i've been absent all of a sudden.. even sa wargames... been having some probs lang. nangangati na nga kamay ko eh.. anyway i'll be back in action soon, hopefully.

bitaw, kuyaw pa naman ang nc. atleast kumpleto tayo, naay hi-end boys, naay snipers, naa pud mga  ! hehehe! Atleast sa hi-end invitations/games nandyan si sir stan ' d man, sa lowend naman nandyan sina sirs mykz (ay hi-end na diay ka!!!), stryker and farmasita. So let's protect d old code. kung pwede nga meron tayong list ng rules na nakasulat sa tarpaulin para everygame nakapost. anyway mura lng man magpaprint ng tarp. para at d same time kung may visiting bayots, makit-an gyud nila na when it comes to rules we mean biznez! Advance happy Anniv. nga pala sa NC! Btw,  : sinu-sino ba sirs ang pioneer members ng NC? |

STRYKERYeah, i strongly encourage the team members of NC not to be passive but rather to take an active role in our plans.... We have had meetings where in we plan alot of stuff like gamesite facelift, official BDU, gun racks, patches, etc... but the problem is we can talk the talk but we don't walk the walk!!! lets be active guys anyway it's of the betterment of the team!!! let us prioritize and organize our plans so that we can accomplish them 1 by 1. what usually happens is we plan for sumthing and everybody gets hyped up about it but it doesn't materialize it just takes a back seat coz another plan spurts up and again vryone gets hyped up then AGAIN it takes a back seat or dies down, and this cycle has been goin' on for a while.... Team NC is one of the origninal airsoft teams and yet other new teams it seems to me have surpassed us in terms of gamesite improvements, official BDU's, etcc.... Let's not be stagnant, let's organize & be active for the betterment of our team!!!!!! By the way sir stan suggested a vietnam tiger stripe for an official BDU of team NC!!! Sir stryker, Cris & I saw it and we liked it. Kian Bee marketing is selling this type of Camo for i don't know how much.... we can ask sir stan to bring it so that other members of the team can have a look at it and if we all agree then.... patahi na tyo!!! go team Bading!!! este NC pala! lol

Try nyo PM si KRUK sa FAS kung maka-bigay siya ng volume discount. 2,500.00 ang retail niya nito sa FAS eh. Madami pa magagandang patterns diyan. Just yesterday- nakakita ako ng DIGITAL WOODLAND sa Quattro- maganda rin! Parang darker version ng CADPAT. Meron din mga Digital Tiger sa FAS- lingaw sad. Then there's the SAF DIgital(unauthorized edition)... hehehe.. dami no?  Gawa na lang tayo ng UNIFORM THREAD for this... pwde rin POLL na lang natin mga troops for a decision... what do you think???

i agree, we should conduct a poll sa ating troops for the decision!!! sir stan baka pwede mo malagay yung link ng mga BDU's na namention mo for the troops to view and drool upon!!! hehehe

But then.. if it costs about 2,500, then mag multicam nalang tayo.. para uniform talaga tayo lahat ng Nightcrawlers.. suggestion lang po. I like multicam kasi ;D
