Sir both items were stock parts but since CA-Gbox is already on a reinforced mode you have an advantage. On the other hand, We all know that Japan craftsmanship and material durability is way ahead over other manufacturing countries. Its for you to choose what matters most ciguro is the compatibility of the set up against the parts you've installed... Ang sa akin lang sir i ahve a M15A4 CQB compact and still in mint condittion pa rin. I bought it last year October and i m using it twice a week since then ( PDI 190 ) mahilig pa talaga ako sa ratratan. Another secret for that is to eliminate misfeeding which primarily causes dry firing which will lead to too much stress sa gearbox mo. Just my 10 cent worth. Thanks ;D More power to 1AD.

in terms of durability same lang ang 2 para sakin. reinforced nga ang classic army pero ang reinforcement niya ay nasa likod which doesnt really serve its purpose. meron nga konting plate sa harap ang CA but its still prone to breakage. on a PDI 190 kayang kaya ng CA and TM gearbox ang spring na yan. you couldnt really test a gearbox's durability with that spring. some friends of mine used to have sp150-160(even 170) installed on their aegs. some survived and some didn't, it really depends on how the owner uses the gun and on how good your gunsmith is. if you want durability why not try the new deepfire gearbox, it has good reviews.

TM steyr aug. Stock Ver3 gearbox using pdi190% since more than 5 years ago... no cracks, no breakages, no scratches. Still in mint condition. Proof enough?
Most often times gearboxes crack because of improper opening by gunsmiths. The spring popping out may hit the back part of the gearbox causing it to crack... then it will break in time.

thanks sa mga reply .... we all know the factors that affect longivity of our mech boxes.... ryt cylinder to barrel length is also critical it reduces stress sa gbox

tama ang sabi si sir ROSCOE, it will depend on how the owner uses the AEG and of course sa setting ng nag-aayos ng AEG mo... pero hinde yata nya mga kaibigan yung gumagamit ng sp150 - sp170... gaano mo katagal gamit itong setup na ito? post naman.... bwahahahaha ;D
