Now i got a burned eg700 motor... on the 1st place i don't know what happen...i just full burst it 'til to death! by checking the internal...one of the metal bushing wear out, i regularly check it twice a month, the motor suddenly stop running but still the current flow at a full power then one of the three coil of armature burned... I am not planning to buy a new motor but to repair and mod it to much powerful and hi speed motor... The original Magnetic wire used is AWG #21 with 20 Turns per Coil... Modified it to Bigger Magnetic Wire, AWG #20 with only 19 Turns... MUST BE! Coiled tightly! to prevent vibration! be extra carefulto dismantle the Maruis motor...this wl happened to you... RESULT: very high ROF using 9.6v batt! RECOMMENDATION: THIS IS NOT SUITABLE FOR OUR AEG! unless you have a lower voltage battery and High Quality/Expensive Gear Set Just replaced it to original Magnetic wire Gauge and Turns! jojo additional pics: alakdan.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=2

Sir jo, mao ba na tong motor nimo nga niungot last sat? baka may extra carbon brush ka jan na di na nagamit sir or pinalitan mo ba ng carbon brush ang motor mo?

kaya mo yan sir mikz... Take out the pinion gear using the special tools(bili ka sir para magpatanggal ako sa'yo) and the brush...Just open the stamped(?) lock carefully...then take out the armature...check the wire orientation...habang tinatanggal mo ang wire count mo ang turns...'wag mong isagad ang putol para doon mo uli ihinang ang copper wire... maybe you are not using a fuse kaya nasunog ang motor mo... <<jojo>>

Di kasi akin yung T3k na nasira sir eh.. kaya di ko rin alam ang kuwnto... Pero ang narinig ko sa ibang forums- ayaw ng T3K ang over-voltage na setup. Designed talaga siya for 8.4-9.6v lang.. I hope a rewinding job by sir Jojo can fix this shortcoming though...
