i need help on this matter...
after a few cycles in auto i release d trigger,when i press it again the piston gets stuck in a fully cranked position coz i can see it on the cylinder...
my GB is CA and motor is d same...pdi 190 spring,lipoly,proper shims and sector chip also installed.running stock gears and piston body is shaved on the 2nd to the last tooth.
how will i solve dis problem?nosebleed na eto eh...ngaun lng ako naka experience ng ganito...HELP!

before opening the gearbox to see the problem...try to manually dis-engage the anti-reverse lever (ung kumakapit sa bevel gear). dahan dahan lang sa pag release, wag mo i-fully release ung anti-reverse sa bevel gear kay maghapak ang last tooth ng sector gear mo sa 1st tooth ng piston.

noted sir miklo ung warning on disengaging the anti reverse latch...thanks for the input sir roscoe...turned out the batts im using arent fresh anymore...la na juice to keep it running.kaya pala one burst lng cycle nia...d na kaya mag 2nd burst...hehe

try to check the spring guide. see to it that it's fixed and no movement at all when gear box is fully secured. the spring inside will have no clearance once the piston's being crank fully and it will be stuck if ever the spring guide moves slightly.
