Share your P90 internal setups here...(sa P90 pics thread na lang ang external setups).
Let me get the ball rolling...
Top to bottom... Guarder Airseal nozzle Guarder Tappet Plate CA CQB TYPE-2 cylinder (yung black) Stock TM Cylinder head Deepfire Titanium Rack piston body Modify RED aluminum pistn head with bearings Modify ver2 spring guide with bearing "140" equivalent locally manufactured spring Systema TORQUE UP(not STU) gearset Sector gear clip Systema oiless metal bushings w/ Systema reinforced anti-reverse latch Eg1000 Systema Hop up packing Stock Barrel ========== 450fps
I currently use 9.6v sub-c batts externaly with my P90 but I plan to return to the internal battery configuration as soon as I can save-up for a set. Battery life will suffer if I use the 1500mah 3/4A size batts. Which is why I might have to upgrade my gearset to maximize battery life.
I would love to use the Prometheus Max-torque gearset with this baby but there have been reports of incompatibilities with the SPUR gear of infinite/ultra type gearsets... will have to check this out for myself soon though. I'm sure it's nothing that can't be remedied with a little elbow grease and a lot of free time.

Yes sir.. a Super Torque Up gearset is like 2nd gear of your car.. while the TORQUE UP gearset is like 3rd gear... and the stock ratio gears are the "4th gear".

i use a 11.1v Lithium Polymer for mine will fit inside the P90 with no mods ... currently have a airseal problem somewhere so its only shooting somewhere 300fps with 150% ... but i have standard everything inside (tm gears, piston / head / plastic bushes) but its shimmed properly since early 2005 and was shooting about 1000rpm on 170% ... now we estimate its firing at 1700rpm (1x hicap in like 10-11secs) with 150% ...

Wow! LiPoly's are realy the perfect match for P90s. That's incredible ROF sir. At leat that proves that the P90 mags can actualy take high ROF setups. With an ROF like that- I'd guess your airseal problem with be with your o-ring or hop up bucking- the rubber parts wear off faster with higher ROF.
@sargeniwde- a 9.6v 1500mah battery pack will have to be configured in "J-type" configuration to fit the P90 internaly...

Sir Stan, Thanks...I was wondering what Sir Subbiedoo's battery config looks like...and at 11.1Vdc?....ano po 'to, AA batts with a J-type config? I use a 9.6V 1700mAh AA batt with a J-type config...pero 'yung kay Sir Subbiedoo is 11.1V.

Hi Sarge ... ang LiPo ... iba ang properties ... mukha syang 3x packet ng Chewing Gum ... and LiPo ko is only 3x cells, each cell 3.7v yata pero 2100mah lang ang size na kasya sa P90 and kailangan ng special charger para hindi mag-ignite ang batt ... here's the website for the LiPo ... www.foamworks.co.nz/index.php?cPath=37_45

@sargeniwde- Sir, how do you fit your 1700mah J-type batts inside? Can you post a pic of the config? I've only tried the shorter 1500mah J-type batts. Thanks.

Sirs,
Here are my TMP90 babies...
MY RD has sp120, metal bushings, spring guide with bearing, SRC piston head, and the rest of the parts are stock. Am running on 1700mAh, J-type, NiCd AA-size batts. It was chronoed at 380 FPS. I bought this 2nd hand without the stock flashider. It has now a CA M4 CQB flashider on it and a 7i-n ICS QD suppressor which is very effective in suppressing the noise. It is also much more sturdy compared to the socom suppressor which can get easily dented.
My TMP90 RD also had the separator at the rear cut such that the only the upper part remains to lock the gearbox in place. The rear cap cover has also been filed to let AA size batts fit in. This is the most common config that I find in most of P90s.
My TMP90 TR version still has not been chronoed. It shoots quite strong and the only thing I confirmed was that it has metal gears already. Since I bought it 2nd as well, I still have to have a gunsmith check the gearbox and find out what's inside it. Its separator at the back is still stock and so as the cap cover. The former owner used a 9.6Vdc/600mAH small sized batts with a customised connector. I tried to charge it fully but it can only play a little more that 2 hi cap mags. I may have to settle for a better/higher battery capacity for a longer playing time once I have the budget to do so.

hello sa lahat! new member here.. tinuro sa akin ni SargeNiwde itong p90 forums.. nice to know that there's a forum for p90 users.. p90s rock!!!
question.. my p90 was chronoed at 350fps - sabi nung gunsmith 380fps daw, di daw accurate ung chrono nila.. anyway, hindi ko napalitan ung bushings kasi out-of-stock.. ok lang ba un?
at kung may kakilala kayo na nagbebenta ng sirang p90 - pang spare parts lang - let me know.. tnx, tnx..

Hello again Bien,
As for you question sa Chrono...not really sure how to answer that. Pero this is what I've heard so far.
A good and accurate brand of Chronometers is CHRONY...maganda daw ito...I've also met someone who had his gun chronoed using 2 Chrony chronometers and a Guarder one. His gun measure the same reading with both the CHRONY machine but registered about 25 FPS lesser with the Guarder Chronometer.
So may mga chronometer na admittedly di accurate...but if this is so...why then use them, right?
So siguro the next best thing to check is what is the brand of their Chronometer...kung Chrony yon...sayang and they need to have it calibrated.

The Chrony chronometers are made for real-steel use and are theoreticaly very very accurate. However, these chronometers require an external light source and if IMPROPERLY used can give you very false readings.
IE- different readings in the shade vs direct sunlight vs sunny day vs cloudy day. There IS a proper way to setup these chrony chronomters to give you acurate readings but unfortunatley not all Chrony owners know how(so sad but true). Btw- some chrony chronometers can be purchased with an integral light source(sa payong payong nila) but these are very bulky and rarely used.
The guarder chronos have been known to give low readings- especialy the earlier versions. 25-30fps is not uncommon with the first releases of these chronos. However, they seem to have done a "firmware" upgrda on the latest releases as my Gurader Chrono only has a 5-10fps difference with a Combro and Chrony chronometer.
