sa very limited ko na knowledge in upgrading, i think you need to upgrade your motor, bushings, properly shimmed gears, gears, batteries, spring, nozzle, cylinder, piston body, piston head, ah... well actually parang buong gearbox na yata... check mo kaya dun sa Technical Support board. meron yata dun pang R6 na gearbox. And eventually papalitan mo na rin yan ng metal reciever, tight bore barrel na titanium, crane stock, and eventually mas mahal na yung gun mo kesa bumili ka ng 2nd hand na TM or CA. peace bro, keep on modding....

i want to upgrade my R6.....anu mga kailangan kong bilhin?....120 spring which is good systema or m120? para ma budgetan ko na at mapag ipunan... For starters, every upgrade should start with metal bushings. The orig plastic bushings of your R6 won't last very long with upgraded springs.
The kind/brand of spring you install will depend mainly on the FPS level you want to reach. Higher FPS ratings will need more upgrade parts and eventualy cost more. Just be sure to select an FPS limit that's within your budget and allowable with the airsoft teams you play with.
The M120 spring you mentioned is made by Systema. Other compatible strenght springs are SP120 by Guarder, PDI170 by PDI Japan, S120 by Modify and X130 from China. These springs should give you between 350-400fps+ depending on the condition of your AEG and other upgrade parts you install along with it.
