depende lang yan sa preference mo sir.. guarder or systema springs usually base their springs on meters/sec like M140 = 140 m/sec while PDI 190% is 190% stiffer than the stock spring.. ang pinakamahal ata is the PDI spring.. maybe because its handmade don't know really.. did i do my homework?

Systema used to be the best and ONLY choice in springs. A lot of old-school airsofters rely on systema coz they've had very good esperience with the brand in the past. However, these last couple of years have seen the decline in the quality of SYstema springs(and other systema parts as well)...
We now go to our OLD RELIABLE- PDI spring. Also made in Japan, these springs have been known for their durability (even up to 2years of use) in the past. However, their reputation was tarnished recently(last year) when a lot of BAD PDI190 springs surfaced and ruined a lot of AEGs. Some say that these were mis-labeled PDI springs, and some say they were fakes. Howver, an undeniable fact is- that GUARDER springs made a big come-back during this time... you may draw your own conclusion. By the way, the current releases of PDI springs are NOT THE SAME quality as the OLDER(2years ago) PDI SPRINGS. Iba na- mas madaling lumambot at medyo mababa na rin ang FPS... hmmmm....
Guarder springs are also very very good- they are oil tempered and also last longger than the current systema springs. Also much cheaper than the japanese springs- they're what we use most of the time these days. Just watch out as some guarder springs are TOO LONG for some setups- they have too many coils and the spring can't compress properly inside the piston body.
I'll just list down the springs I use in the order of power that they give.
SP110 PDI150 PDI170 SP120 PDI190 SP130 PDI210 SP140 SP150 SP160 SP170
Oooopsss... walang Systema... heheheh....

tanong lang sir stan... safe ba gamitin ang PDI190 sa WELL R series gearbox? nakakita na kasi ako ng R6 gearbox na nasira gamit ang SP130.

according to sir stans post, mas baba ang rating nga PDI 190 spring kesa SP130 so it should be fine.. I've seen a lot of Well gbox with PDI 190 including mine before and ok man siya.. palit ka lang talaga ng spring guide with bearing..
sir hellboy sp springs are made by guarder.. and also according to sir stans earlier post, sp springs are in these days..

Yep, tama po silang lahat- we've used PD190% on a lot of NC/Ronin AEGs and they've stood the test of time. Proper use and maintenance is all that is needed. Haven't had a single gbox break yet... so far...
