what is best way to deal with those stupid and bias marshal during tourney? free to react and pls. give some suggestion

free to react... hehehe sir rambler, kung mamarapatin at huwag pong mamasamain... sir rambler, magpakilala po muna kayo.. from what team? designation sa team? naka host and organize na po ba kayo ng tournaments or simple tournaments?
mahirap po kasi na argument ang marshal.. hehehe better way, implement 2-3 Marshals per player every tournament... SOP kumbaga.. and make sure the radius/perimeter area covered by the Marshals, kasi minsan na-eenjoy sya sa laro kaya konting lingat lang, maaring hindi na nya makita un na-hit o obvious hit player...
mahirap po maging marshal sirs... its really a tough job that cant be perfected but can be resolved! try to become one, not just an airsofter playing tournaments. organize and host... you can assess and think of it then..

i would like to propose that all members of this forum to at least
indicate their team names. may it be in your avatar or your signature.
this would at least minimize flamestarters in this forum.
madali lang kasi magcomment kahit di pinag iisipan mabuti just because
we are hiding behind a callsign

"Stupid" is a harsh term , i don't think anybody na stupido will be capable of being a marshal add to that being biased, stupido nga eh diba? ang bias naman is hard to prove, what if wala lang jud niya nakita ang ig0, nobody's perfect and all of us are innocent unless proven otherwise, add to that being a marshal is a thankless task/job...
o tara na! CQC na! back to back na ang NPA, maka three-peat pa kaya? siguro pag bias mi hehehehe, but as long as we value the integrity of our events ITS ANYBODY'S BALL GAME.. [bias lang ha kay di man mi stupid]

murag naligas ko sa question ni rambler "how to deal?"
deal with it by AVOIDING them, ayaw dula sa any tournament... alangan naman na ang participant pa ang mudikta sa event ug unsaon pag marshal nga mu uyun sa atong kanya kanyang libug diba?

Simple lang yan. Avoid them by not participating. Wala ka nang pinagkaiba kung patuloy ka pang sumasali. remember the host is boss, it's their event. All you can do is just make your objections known. Kung maminao sila so much the better. Kung dili og naglagot ka na, leave!

tama, dili na lang ta mu apil ug tournaments, para sa akoa ang stupid marshal katong mga tao na wala kabalo sa tama na pama agi sa pag marsha,l mali-mali ang tawag, pag gusto ka ug explanation sa questionable na tawag, masuko pa, ug i threat pa ka ug yellow/red card. ang bias na marshal siguro self explanatory na kaayo na. pero para sa mga gusto lang gihapon mu dula ug tournaments, simplihi na lang ug tira ng mga marshal na ungas, gaba ra na sa ila, kay manikas man.  P.S. katong mga tanga ug na marshal, ayaw na lang mu ug pag marshal uy, malooy mo sa mga participants sa tounaments, mahal na gani ang registration fee, wala pay prizes na ma uli, maisahan pa gyud , makonsensya mo uy.  pero walay labot katong mga tarong na marshal ha ;D |

wag lang masyadong brutal sa suggestion ha, yung constructive lang. regular problem na during tourney ang mga ganitong marshal, i am a victim of this type of people more than once,it is useless to complain to them, even the tourney organizer always stick to their people right or wrong, remember ko pa, four of us shooting at the same target, nauna pa kaming apat na hit, by that same person, one of my team mate complain to the marshal, guess what, yellow card pa ang sinagot, saan na ang hustisya doon.
i know we cannot totally eliminate this type of marshal , but at least naman sana kung nag kamali sila ng tawag, be honest naman to accept their mistake and try to rectify that mistake, instead of making the matter worse by giving a technical to the one who complain. lastly, for all those people who are acting like an apologist for this people, we cannot deny that this things happens, instead try to help in solving this problem and dont try to tell us that this thing dont exist.

it takes 1 2 b 1...im xur marshals are doing their jobs...malas lng gyud wala ninyo napuruhan ang dishonest na target at wala nakita sa marshal..
factor pd ang prolonged exposure sa sun...im xur sa mga naka experience mag marshal, u know what i mean...makalibat jud...
sa mga naay concern sa mga marshals sa game, pede man ninyo icomplain sa ilang secretariat..but com'on, its just a game...dont tell me naa every mudula ka pag mahit ka pero tan.aw nimo na alanganin (warag richotte lng) mu claim dayon ka ug hit or you know na, na hit ka pero wala nakita sa marshal nigawas ka...
sa maka avail lng sa weakness of the human marshals...
dyas may tu sints...

Ayaw pud tiraha ang marshal for whatever reason. You may not know it - he is trying very hard to give you the most fair game only that fatigue and other factors hinders him from doing so. DILI LALIM MAGMARSHAL!
From the standpoint of the player, like I said, let the host know your issues. There is always some sort of feedback mechanism in effect during every tournament. Unfortunately, some do not know how to handle complaints while others aren't discerning enough to know valid complaints. If that happens and you can't take it anymore, leave.
