still need suggestions regarding this matter, the only logical solution i have read so far is from blu88. what we need is suggestions that can help solve this problem, not alibi.

marshal should not belong to organizers club or it's allies, ( for cheating ) , marshal should be well versed with the tournaments rule and know the proper way of marshaling ( dili mag pataka ug tawag ), no changing of rules once the game started ( for the organizer ), no technical calls happy marshal , there should be a sanction for those erring marshal ( wish ko lang ) pag nahuli, like a bb's firing squad by all the teams participating on the tourney, he he he ,serious ko! ;D kung wala na talagang paraan na ma solve ito, my only suggestion is, " ANG TIKASAN, TIRAHAN "  |

simple lang yan. dapat FAIR ang Marshals. dapat walang kinakampihan. then you gonna perform your task as marshal tutok lang sa player mismo..

kung dili ang mga organizer mag marshal, kinsa pa mn diay? to think na maihap lng sa kamot ang mga airsoft teams nga active dri sa davao...Alangan naman mag hire pa ug mga marshals para mag facilitate lang..additional expenses lang na sa organizer...ug addtional pd sa fees...MAGREKLAMO MAN GANI ANG UBAN DIRA NGA MAHAL ANG FEE SA TOURNEY! dili mo malain ana? cge lang ug reklamo pero wlay ginabuhat!!Pag organize nalang mo ug tourney nga dili members ninyo ang marshal!TANAWON NATO KINSAY LAMUKON!hehehe just my 2cents.. @papeeter- relax brod pag bombahan mo yan away lang yan, at pag nag-away away na wala na'y lami... lafftime-AMEN! Clearly this is a serious problem that needs serious efforts from all parties involved, stop the talk, time to walk and take action... Personally i believe that there is no such thing as "wholesale Cheating" in marshal, kung meron man it is not perpetuated by the organizers but maybe by one of their members, but still even in a micro level its effects will reverberate throughout the whole event, so kung sino man yung guilty na unfair mag marshal do think twice for in every game, blood sweat and tears ang puhunan ng players to win so have a little respect.. I have been a marshal since OPN: Full Breach and i know first hand that it is a THANKLESS task.. one suggestion that i can make is to establish which of the organizers are engaged in this kind of practice, expose them, and then isolate them... EXPOSE & ISOLATE para di tularan and mapahiya sila sa ginagawa nila... my two cents... |

Parati lang kayo reclamo ng reclamo wala naman kayong basehan para ma sabi na cheater ang mga marshals. Wala naman guidelines na tama o mali ang call ng marshals. Para sa inyo na saktan kayo o kaya na isahan kayo kaya kayo nag rereklamo. Wala akong pina panigan dito .. sa akin lang naman kung ano ang rules ng organizers yun na yun.. bahala na sila mag ligpit ng problema nila sa mga marshals nila. Sa mga organizers naman... kung pwede sana... gumawa kayo ng guidelines para ma sundan ng mga marshals ninyo... screen ninyo kung credible ba sya maging marshal. Sa mga players naman... let us respect the guidelines, rules and regulations of the organizers. yan ang "say" nila eh... kung ayaw natin sa patakaran nila .. eh di wag nalang sumali... simple lang. kung sasali man eh di mag enjoy nalang. tutal ang airsoft naman is a "FUN, ENERGETIC, GENTELMAN'S GAME" yan ... sana naman maisipan natin na tao lang po tayo.. nagkakamali lang po....nde po perfecto ang rules and regulations ng airsoft, pero po eto po ay magandang basehan para po ma practice natin ang, ika-nga sportsmanship ng bawat isa. alam ko po na marami ding matitigas ang mga ulo dyan na ayaw sumunod. pero kung mag umpisa po tayo sa isa't isa na sumunod sa rules and regulations ng airsoft, eh di maginhawa po ang atin sport. sana po na intindhan ng lahat ng mag basa nito at sana po guminhawa ang inyong sakit ng loob salamat po. AMEN?!?!?!?! AAAAAAAAAAAMEN!! |
