Marshals should not be an airsoft player (if possible)......Marshals lang siya.....and know the basic airsoft 101 tourney rules and regulations.... tendency if Marshals na + players pa = bias

Wacko-murag na try na ni sa una di jud epektib kay sakitan sila ma igo hehehe +1. mas dako pud ang tendency na malingaw sila ug tanaw sa game and not on their marshal duties. IMO i dont see any relevance on "marshals na airsofters = bias". sorry sir wacks. hehehe.

what is best way to deal with those stupid and bias marshal during tourney? free to react and pls. give some suggestion on marshals being biased, i think a player would only accuse a marshal or the host team for being biased is when they think that their opposing team and the host team have "close ties". tama po ba sir? yun lang kasi naiisip ko na rason eh. mao pud siguro pasabot ni sir wacko. IMO the host team could hire out-of-town marshals, who are credible and dont know the participating teams personally. i know this is an outrageous suggestion since its way too expensive for the host team and the participating teams. but i think its one way to deal with this problem. hehehe.

sirs, in fairness sa host teams na nagpadula, they will always try their best to make their tournaments successful para maka-usab na pud sila...and also not being accused of handling an inept biased unsuccessful tournament. dili pud siguro magpadula sila para padaugon lang nila ang ilahang close team... in exchange for being criticized, attacked, stigmatized, and boycotted. no host teams on their right and sane minds will ever do that. if ever there was any of these happenings, they are rare and insubstantial to the tournament outcome.
i tried my first marshaling at blackwater-undersiege tournament at gensan and found out that such was a very difficult task. we were very lucky to have a one day tournament, a fully shaded site, overwhelming numbers of commited unbiased marshals, and limited players. despite of that, there was still quite some snafu. but at the end of the day, everybody was happy.
with these, i would commend all marshals of teams holding tournaments that because of their tireless sacrifices, we airsofters would have these avenues to play and have fun.....basically have fun.
anything of utopian marshaling is of gods.
